Pineapple Shrimp Salad

Steps

Prepare shrimps, wash it and use a paring knife to make a slit along the shrimp back. Remove a black or white vein beneath the surface.

Mix prepared shrimp with all the marinade ingredients and wait for 15 to 20 minutes.

Use a fry wok, and pre heat sunflower oil. While oil is pre heating, take out the shrimps and dip it into flour.

Fry the shrimps. When it the shrimps turn into white colour remove it from the wok.

Place pineapple slice on the plate and arrange shrimps on it. Decorate the dish with mayonnaise and white sesame. Now it is ready to serve.

1 pineapple can

white sesame to garnish

mayonnaise to garnish

sunflower oil
for Marinade

1 whole egg
-
slat to taste

1/2 Tbsp pepper
